Roast my website
Asking a community to roast your site gets you ten opinions and no fixes. Paste a page here and get a straight answer: a score out of 100, what's wrong in your page's own words, and what to change. Free, no signup.
What gets roasted
Not your colors or your font. The roast checks the five things that decide whether a visitor buys, books or leaves, and quotes your page to show where each one fails:
- What it is
- Within a few seconds, a visitor can tell what is sold and what it does for them.
- Who it's for
- The page says who the offer is for, so the right visitors recognise themselves and the wrong ones don't waste time.
- Why believe it
- Results, testimonials, numbers, credentials or a guarantee back up the promise.
- The next step
- One clear action — buy, book, apply — with the price or what happens next stated.
- Visitors not ready yet
- Something for visitors who aren't ready to buy now: a way to find the right option, answer their doubts or come back later.
The roast most sites deserve
The most common failure isn't bad design or weak copy. It's that the page says the same thing to everyone. The visitor who's ready buys; the one who isn't sure the offer is for them, or can't pick between your options, leaves. Better copy helps the first group and does little for the rest.
The fix for that is asking first: a few questions in front of the page that send each visitor to the offer that fits them. We explain it in ask before you sell, and walk through all five reasons in why your sales page isn't converting.
Roasted. Now what?
Fix what the roast says is fixed on the page, then measure: note your conversion rate now and compare equal weeks after the change. If your traffic is high enough for a proper test, plan it with the A/B test calculator.
Questions
Will it be mean?
No. It will be direct. It doesn't flatter the page and it doesn't insult it: it says what's missing, quotes what's there, and gives one fix per check.
Which page should I roast?
The one where the sale happens: your sales page, a product page, your services or booking page, a landing page. Your home page works too, but the checks are about turning a visitor into a buyer.
Is a human looking at it?
No. An AI model reads the page's text against five checks and writes the notes. That's why it's instant and free. It doesn't see images or videos, and can't read pages behind a login.
Can I share the result?
The result isn't published anywhere and isn't indexed. Take a screenshot if you want to share it with your team or ask a community for a second opinion.
Is it free?
Yes, with no account.
