Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — 5 published quizzes, 1,000 lifetime leads, webhook integrations (Zapier + custom). No card required. Beyond 1,000 leads we still capture them but lock them until you upgrade. Free plan shows a small "Build your own AI quiz — try Snacked" badge on quiz results; Pro removes it.
What's Pro Lifetime?
A one-time $499 payment that grants lifetime Pro-tier access — same 10 quizzes, 10,000 leads/month, native ESP, branching, embed and tracking pixels you get on the monthly plan. No renewal, no surprise fees, no cap.
Who's the seller on my invoice?
Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Your invoice is issued by Paddle, who handles VAT, sales tax and chargebacks across 100+ countries. You'll see Paddle in your card statement.
Can I switch back to Free?
Yes, cancel any time from the billing portal. Access continues through the end of the paid period. After that quizzes are suspended and lead data stays read-only.
What does 10,000 leads / month mean?
Pro has a monthly cap that resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Captured leads beyond the cap are still recorded but locked until next month or until you upgrade.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — Pro Annual is $228 (effective $19/mo), 35% off the monthly price. Toggle billing period during checkout.
