Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. One published funnel, 100 responses a month, buttons to your offer on every result, and your first 25 emails if you turn the email gate on. No card. Free funnels carry a small "Made with Snacked" badge, which Pro removes.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. The sale happens on your checkout, not ours. You pay a flat monthly price on Pro and nothing per sale on either plan.
What happens past the responses limit?
Visitors still answer, still see their result and still get your offer button — the funnel never stops in front of a buyer. New responses just aren't saved until the 1st of the month (UTC), and new emails arrive locked. Your dashboard tells you when you're getting close.
Who's the seller on my invoice?
Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Your invoice is issued by Paddle, who handles VAT, sales tax and chargebacks. You'll see Paddle on your card statement.
Can I switch back to Free?
Yes, cancel any time from the billing portal. Access continues through the end of the paid period. After that your funnels are suspended, and your responses and leads stay readable.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — Pro is $290 a year, two months free compared to $29 a month. Pick the billing period at checkout.
