1. The service
Snacked lets creators publish quiz-style lead funnels generated by AI. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Plans and billing
Free includes 1 quiz and 200 lifetime leads with limited features. Starter is $14/month per active quiz, billed by Stripe and prorated when a quiz is published or removed. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. No refunds — when you cancel, access continues through the paid period and Starter quantity decreases by quizzes you delete with a prorated credit applied to your next invoice.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Snacked to harvest emails for unsolicited marketing, run quizzes that violate anyone's privacy, or generate content that breaks applicable law. We may suspend accounts at our discretion for ToS violations and provide reason.
4. AI-generated content
Quiz copy generated by AI is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and editing it before publishing. We don't guarantee accuracy, originality or fitness for purpose.
5. Lead data ownership
You own the lead data your quizzes capture. We process it on your behalf as a GDPR data processor — see Privacy Policy and the DPA available on request. We won't sell, share, or repurpose your leads.
6. Service availability
Provided as-is, no SLA at this stage. We aim for 99.5%+ uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when feasible.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from /settings/account. We retain a 14-day grace period before permanent deletion. We may terminate access for ToS violations.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is capped at fees you paid in the prior 12 months. Test Funnels is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is resolved in the courts where the publisher is registered, unless EU consumer law assigns an alternate venue to you.
10. Changes
Substantive changes are posted here and active customers are emailed. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance.
