What we use
Strictly necessary: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, CSRF protection, an anonymous funnel visit id stored in localStorage so visitors can resume after a refresh, and your cookie choice itself. These do not require consent.
Analytics and advertising
With your consent, Snacked's own pages use PostHog (EU region) for product analytics, proxied through snacked.it, and our marketing, sign-up and dashboard pages load the Meta Pixel to measure our own ad campaigns. Until you accept, neither runs: PostHog keeps nothing in your browser and the pixel isn't loaded. Neither runs on a creator's published funnels.
On creators' funnels
When a creator configures their own Meta Pixel or Google Analytics ID, those tags load on their public funnel only after the visitor accepts marketing cookies, and never inside an embed on another site. The creator's privacy policy (linked at the email gate) governs that data. Funnels load the typefaces the creator chose from Google Fonts.
The sales snippet on creators' sites
A creator may install our sales snippet (t.js) on their own site to count sales that came from their funnel. It stores one random visit id in that site's localStorage for 30 days and sets no cookies; it is part of the creator's site and their cookie policy should list it.
