How does Snacked work?+
You pick a format — personality quiz, graded test, survey or two-axis compass — and describe in one sentence what it should do. The AI writes the questions, the options, the outcomes and every scoring weight in a single pass. You edit anything you want, hit Publish and share the link. Every completed run lands in your analytics, and everything is generated in the language you pick.
How fast is it really?+
From signing up to a published quiz: under 3 minutes for most users. The AI streams the output in real time so you watch the quiz appear before saving.
What's the Free plan?+
Free forever — 5 published quizzes, tests or surveys, unlimited responses, the full aggregate analytics, 15 AI generations/month, custom branding and themes, challenges (a respondent can invite others onto one shared board), and an email gate that collects your first 25 leads. No card required. Past 25 the emails keep arriving but land locked until you upgrade, and results carry a small "Made with Snacked" badge, which Pro removes.
What's Pro?+
$19/month billed annually (or $29/month billed monthly). Pro lifts the free plan's 25-lead cap to 10,000/month, unlocks every lead that arrived locked in the meantime, and delivers each one to your email tool. It also adds result CTAs, removes the Snacked badge, and includes 10 published quizzes, 50 AI generations/month, native ESP integrations (Klaviyo, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, MailerLite, Brevo), conditional logic (branching), Meta Pixel + GA4 + CAPI, and priority support. Embed code, challenges and the email gate itself are free on every plan.
Can I edit what the AI produces?+
Yes — questions and answers, option weights, outcomes and their copy, score bands, quadrant regions, theme and language. You can also start from a blank quiz, test, survey or compass and write it all yourself.
What's the difference between a response and a lead?+
A response is one completed run — unlimited on every plan. A lead is a response with an email attached, which happens when you turn on the email gate. Free collects 25 of them in the clear (account-wide, ever) and keeps capturing after that with the address hidden until you upgrade; Pro takes 10,000 a month and pushes each one to every active ESP integration, tagged with the outcome so you can branch flows in your email tool.
Can I delete a quiz?+
Yes, from Settings → Danger zone. The public URL stops working immediately. Response and lead data is held for 30 days for safety, then permanently erased by an automated job.
What about GDPR?+
Built in. The respondent must check an explicit consent box (linked to your privacy policy URL) before submitting their email. Lead data is processable under our DPA. Account deletion soft-deletes for 14 days, then hard deletes per GDPR.
Can I use my own domain?+
Not yet — everything lives at snacked.it/your-handle/your-slug. Custom domains are on the roadmap.
Who's the seller on my invoice?+
Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Your invoice is issued by Paddle, who handles VAT, sales tax and chargebacks across 100+ countries. You'll see Paddle in your card statement.
What if I cancel?+
You keep access until the end of the paid period. After that your quizzes are suspended (URL → 404) but your data stays readable. Reactivating Pro puts everything back online instantly.
